• We issue Construction Certificate approvals and Complying Development Certificates within 7 days upon receipt of all information required and provide immediate advice when amendments are required.

• Our Trading Hours are longer than most Local Councils - MONDAY to FRIDAY 8.30am to 5.00pm.

• Greenfield Accredited Certifiers has developed a unique and sophisticated database application called the Building Information and Certificate System (BICS) which has assisted in a more efficient workplace.
• We are not a “one man band” therefore Greenfield Accredited Certifiers not only has the capacity to service individual “one-off” and smaller clients, Greenfield Accredited Certifiers also has the ability to service clients with high volumes of work. We have a number of experienced Government Accredited Certifiers and Approvals Liaison Support Staff both with private sector and Local Government experience organized into efficient groups to serve your needs.
